Not receiving the above emails to your email address?

If for some reason you are not receiving our emails at your email address, it is usually because...

(1) We don't have your updated email address ( Click here. to send it to us)

(2) Your Internet Service Provider(ISP) is blocking Jenni Lynn emails  (you might be using AT&T for example, or Comcast)  In this case, contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider), and tell them to "white list" emails from our email server  "rkbventures.com".

(3) Your Email program is sending our emails to Junk Mail  (Microsoft Outlook for example).     In this case, change your junk/SPAM email filter to accept all  @rkbventures.com  emails.   Also... add  jennilynn @ rkbventures.com  to your address book (Note - spaces added to avoid SPAM robots.   Yes, we have a problem with SPAMers too!).   With most email programs, having a particular address in your  address book says that you want to receive emails from this source... and not to filter them out to your junk / SPAM email folder.

(4) Your Email provider (maybe you use Yahoo, or Gmail, or Hotmail, SBCglobal, etc. ) is blocking our emails as SPAM.   In this case, contact your provider and tell them you want to receive emails from @rkbventures.com.  If your email provider has established a policy that allows a single subscriber to flag any email at any time, once, as SPAM... which then automatically blocks that sender to ALL of their other subscribers... well, we recommend changing email providers.   It is our opinion that this is "SPAM Control Gone Wild", and simply hobbles our ability to communicate to our large group of Jenni Lynn Girls.

Consider this... if one user in your email community (such as SBCglobal, as one example) can flag our email as SPAM, then causing all of our customers using your provider to be filtered out... how would you know if you are receiving other important emails?    What if your insurance company email was flagged as SPAM by another subscriber, and you are now not getting notifications from them?   How would you know if you are not receiving something?   And something important?

Our policy is really simple... if you ever want to be removed from our email lists, just reply, or do a Contact Us.   We will do it immediately.   But please do not flag us as SPAM with your ISP, or your email provider.   That single flag could take us out of the inbox of  ALL of our Customers and Consignors that are using your ISP.   That's a killer for us.   Thank you in advance.
